Ketamine is a dissociative anaesthetic with unique properties that can provide rapid relief for mental health conditions and chronic pain. Originally developed for medical anesthesia, it is now recognised as a groundbreaking treatment for conditions such as treatment-resistant depression, PTSD, anxiety, and chronic pain syndromes. Administered in a controlled medical environment, ketamine infusion therapy utilises low doses to promote symptom relief and long-term healing.
Before your course you will be required to do an online course through our portal which will go through all the theory, health and safety, professional standards etc. This is something that we find extremely important and also means the in house training will be mostly practical to give our students more time to hone their skills & lash expertise.
Ketamine has been safely used in medicine for decades. While misuse can occur in recreational settings, its potential for addiction is low when administered in a clinical setting by experienced professionals. Proper monitoring, education, and support ensure a safe and beneficial treatment experience.
Ketamine has shown effectiveness in treating:Treatment-resistant depression, Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), Anxiety disorders, Chronic pain conditions.
At our clinic, ketamine is administered intravenously (IV) to ensure the most controlled and effective delivery. Unlike lozenges or nasal sprays, IV infusion allows precise dose adjustments for maximum safety and efficacy. The effects begin within 5-10 minutes and typically last between 45-60 minutes.
Our comprehensive approach includes:
1) Initial Consultation: A thorough assessment to determine eligibility.
2) Preparation Sessions: Guidance on mindset and preparation before treatment.
3) Ketamine Infusion: A monitored IV session lasting approximately 40 minutes.
4) Post-Infusion Monitoring: Observation to ensure a safe recovery.
5) Integration Therapy: Follow-up support to process and maximize treatment benefits.
To optimise your experience, we recommend avoiding alcohol, engaging in mindfulness practices like journaling or light exercise, and following our pre-treatment guidelines. Blood tests may also be required before beginning treatment.
Many patients report significant mood improvements within hours to days after treatment. While individual responses vary, a full course of treatment may be necessary to achieve long-term benefits.
Ketamine therapy is typically recommended for individuals who have not responded to at least two conventional treatments. Our clinical team conducts a thorough evaluation to ensure the therapy is right for you.
When administered by medical professionals in a controlled setting, ketamine therapy is considered safe. Our strict protocols ensure continuous monitoring and prompt management of any side effects.
Unlike standard antidepressants, which can take weeks to work, ketamine provides rapid symptom relief by directly influencing neural pathways, making it a powerful alternative for those who have not responded to conventional treatments.

Research suggests that an optimal course consists of six sessions over three weeks, with two infusions per week.
